How to Make an Online Payment
You will need your Medical Record Number (located on your admissions paperwork) and the active email account given to our Admissions Team during the check-in process. Our system uses these key pieces of information as an added security measure to ensure your electronic health records and personal information are protected. Steps to Make a Secure Payment
1. First, you must create an account (click on the "Create an Account" image below). You will enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Medical Record Number and Email Address. *Note that the email address must match what we have in our system. This is for added security of your personal information. If you didn't give an email address upon admission, please contact us at 308.995.2211.
2. Once you have successfully created an account, click on the "Access My Account" image below to login to your Patient Portal. Here, you will see information related to your services (both past and future) at Phelps Memorial Health Center along with the option to make an online payment.
