Phelps Memorial CPR Training Courses
The American Heart Association has courses designed to train individuals for life threatening emergency situations. These courses include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and first aid basics. The knowledge and skills you learn may help save the life of a loved one, a friend or a neighbor. Choose one of the following classes at Phelps Memorial Health Center that fits your needs. All classes are held in the conference room located at the Phelps Memorial Professional Building located at 211 West 14th Avenue. Attendees can park in the north parking lot and enter through the west door. The conference room is located just inside the door to the right. BLS Healthcare Provider Renewal Class
Renewal of core material including adults/child/infant CPR (including two-rescuer CPR), airway barriers, bag mask ventilation, AED and foreign-body airway obstruction. This is an advanced CPR course held from 2:00-4:00 pm during the dates specified below in the registration form. The registration fee, which includes the pre-course and class materials, is $60 due at the beginning of the class.
Heartsaver CPR/AED Training
This course teaches CPR and relief of choking techniques for adult, child and infant victims, plus the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Designed for individuals who need credentialing training for job or regulation requirements. The course is held from 6:30-8:30 pm during the dates specified in the registration form below. The registration fee is $40, due at the beginning of the course, and includes all course material.
Heartsaver CPR/AED & Pediatric First Aid Training
This class teaches the CPR course and is also designed to meet the specific needs of child daycare providers. The course teaches first aid basics, medical emergencies and environmental emergencies. The course is held from 6:30-10:00 pm during the dates specified in the registration form below. The registration fee is $70, due at the beginning of the course, and includes all course material.

Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
