The Pediatric Advanced Life Support course
is designed to aid the pediatric healthcare provider in developing the
knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage
critically ill infants and children, resulting in improved outcomes.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support teaches the healthcare provider skills
needed in the treatment of the adult victim of a cardiac arrest or other
cardiopulmonary emergencies.

This program is part of the Mid-Nebraska Telemedicine Network and is the
third Tuesday of each month. EMS Trends can be attended at Phelps Memorial Health
Center in the lower level Conference Room via the TWIV (Two Way Interactive

Continuing Education
Good Samaritan Emergency Services offers two hours of continuing
education to all participants to be used towards their state certification.
A certificate of attendance will be mailed to all participants following the
course and after completion of necessary paperwork.
