North Park Therapy Center, the off-campus physical therapy department of
Phelps Memorial Health Center, will close Friday afternoon and begin its
move into the Phelps Medical Plaza, 516 West 14th Avenue, Holdrege. The
PT clinic will be open for its patients at the new location on Monday
morning, March 17.
The name of the therapy center will change from North Park to become
Phelps Memorial Therapy Center as it moves to Suite 200 at the Phelps
Medical Plaza.
Suite 200 is immediately to the left as patients and family members
enter the front entrance.
The Phelps Medical Plaza will have all the offices and clinics full with
this move. Following is a list of the medical entities in the Plaza:
