Phelps Memorial Health Center recently honored the PMHC employees who
have reached 5 year milestones during 2008 in their employment at the
hospital. The hospital opened its doors on April 28, 1968, and two
employees are still working there forty years later, Bettie Akerson and
Allen Olson. In total 29 employees were honored for reaching a five year
milestone. They each received a bonus for their years of service. Phelps
Memorial employees 205 people.
