PMHC strives to provide a culture that supports and nurtures employees to be actively engaged in fulfilling the PMHC mission. Our Human Resources department, led by Senior Leader Cindy Jackson, monitors and reports trends in overall employee turnover, turnover rate of "Right Person, Right Job, Right Attitude", employee satisfaction and internal customer satisfaction.
She oversees the PMHC Education Department. Areas of responsibility include employee benefits, employee compensation, hiring processes, employee relations, legal requirements and government reporting and regulations in regards to employees, and employee recruitment and retention.
Operating Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
