Quality Control

"Quality" means consistently providing each patient with an excellent healthcare experience through proven medical techniques, compassionate care from all staff, and proactively searching for opportunities to always be the best.

PMHC's commitment to quality is evident by the high standards we continually achieve. We are fully accredited by The Joint Commission. Quality is measured by evaluating processes of medical care, what our patients are saying about us, and reviewing patient safety records.

PMHC values our patients comments and opinions so we can continuously improve the health care outcomes of all patients. We collect information through patient surveys and monitor results accordingly.

We encourage all visitors of PMHC to tell us how we are doing...good or bad!
