Our Departments

Materials Management

The Materials Management department's primary functions include:

  • Purchasing of equipment, medical supplies and office supplies
  • Group purchasing and contract pricing
  • Managing the store room and inventory
  • Filling and delivering orders for all departments
  • Receiving of supply orders
  • Managing more than ten department sub-inventories
  • Service to approximately 20 other department areas
  • FedEx and UPS package services
  • Medical equipment and supply recalls

Supply management and ordering is entirely computerized within the hospital.
