Emergency Medical Services

Skilled Nursing services provide nursing care to assist in recovery and rehabilitation. This may include IV therapy, wound care, teaching of specific conditions or any other skilled needs.

Home Health Aide services provide assisted living care, including bathing, personal care and assist with exercise as ordered.

Physical Therapy services improve mobility, strength and endurance.

Speech Therapy services provide rehabilitative services for speech, hearing and language disorders.

Occupational Therapy services provide rehabilitation and aid to daily living skills.

MSW-Services provide assistance for patients social, emotional, or economic situation.

Phelps Memorial Home Health Care can assist with recovery and rehabilitation in the home providing an economical and caring alternative to hospital and nursing home stays. Our professional staff evaluates each patient's needs and sets up an individualized plan.
