The Phelps Memorial Foundation Office serves as the Foundation for Phelps Memorial Health Center located in Holdrege, Nebraska. It was established in 1997 to support Phelps Memorial Health Center in its mission to provide a "...family centered health care system..." for residents of South Central Nebraska. Phelps Memorial Health Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization as designed by the Internal Revenue Service. All gifts to the Phelps Memorial
Foundation Office are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
The PMHC Foundation Office is governed and supervised by a
Foundation Committee. The Advisory Board reports monthly to the PMHC Board of Directors on the activities of the
Foundation Office.
