Kelly Shadduck is our Caring Kind Award winner through the Nebraska Hospital Association and is also designated the PMHC Shining Star. The Shining Star award is to showcase one employee who is a shining example of PMHC’s service standard, as outlined in our SERVE agreement.
Kelly has been awarded PMHC Star Performer for exemplifying exceptional service. She is often called at home in the evening and weekends to assist with medication issues. She always offers a friendly, helpful attitude complimented with her soft spoken, kind words and readiness to assist others. She sets the tone for workplace respect and decorum.
