The Phelps Memorial Health Center Specialty Clinics have been moved to the Phelps Medical Plaza, 516 W. 14th Ave., Holdrege, from PMHC. The Specialty Clinics serve to offer a place where specialists from out of the area can hold appointments with their patients. They are open 8-5, Monday through Friday. Due to space requirements, some physician specialist clinics have remained at PMHC. When scheduling, please ask to be sure to clear which building your appointment is in.

The specialty physicians who use the Specialty Clinic include Cardiology, General Surgery, Nephrology, OB/GYN, Oncology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Urology.

The Clinics also accommodate PMHC outpatients whose treatments were previously at the hospital, and have now been transferred to the Specialty Clinic to be more convenient for the patient. The clinic nurses are dedicated to caring for the outpatients seen at the Specialty Clinic.
The treatments given at the Specialty Clinic include dressing changes, chemotherapy, port flush, IV fluid, IV iron, IVIG, Central Line Draws, Blood draws, injections and IV antibiotics.

The PMHC Specialty Clinic is staffed by Dorothy Anderson, RN, Lindsay Burkey, RN, Sharon Goedert RN, and Marilyn Warnken, LPN.
