Phelps Memorial Health Center is closing the 1215 Tibbals Street entrance and asking everyone to use the Miller Street entrance beginning Monday morning, May 14. The West entrance, Miller Street, will be the main entrance for the duration of the construction project.

By moving the hospital reception, admissions, the business office and more to the Miller Street entrance, the construction crews can continue to work uninhibited and will have a quicker finish to the project.

The mailing address will remain 1215 Tibbals Street, but the physical door to enter the hospital is the Miller Street door.

All parking on the West side adjacent to the Miller Street door will be reserved for patients, patient families, and visitors.
