The Foundation Committee is a standing committee of the PMHC Board of Directors. Members of the committee provide an oversight to the fund raising activities of PMHC. They also make decisions of the expenditures of grants and gifts on behalf of the Phelps Memorial Foundation. Since the Foundation's inception in 1997, the Board of Directors has generously donated over $1 million dollars to support community efforts and organizations.

Current committee members include Gary Bergsten, Sheryl McClymont, Rona Vandell, Dave Dannehl, Patsy Johnson, Glen Lindstrom, Michele High and Terry Krohn.
