Echocardiograms (Echo) and Vascular Ultrasounds
Cardio Vascular

Equipment: Phillips IE33

Echo and vascular studies are scheduled by your physician. These studies are available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.

Plains Radiology Services of Kearney, NE read and interpret all vascular studies. A cardiologist from Bryan Heart Institute in Lincoln, NE, Nebraska Heart Institute in Lincoln, NE, or Midlands Cardiology in Kearney, NE interpret the echocardiograms. The ordering physician will receive a report with the full results of the exam.

Echos and vascular exams are noninvasive ultrasound procedures that use high frequency sound waves. These sound waves are used to produce images of the heart and blood vessels throughout the body.
