Ultrasound studies are scheduled on an outpatient basis Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. This service is also available after hours and on weekends for emergency cases.

General ultrasounds are read and interpreted by Plains Radiology Services in Kearney, NE. The ordering physician will receive a report with the full results of the exam.

Ultrasound is an imaging technique that uses sound waves to visualize various structures within the body. Ultrasounds are a non invasive modality that can be used in obstetrics, gynecology, cardiology, and general abdominal types of exams.
