Do you have family or friends that are here at Phelps Memorial Health Center?

You can cheer up a friend or family member by sending an e-mail. Even if you are miles away and can't visit in person we will deliver an e-mail message for you. We will be delivering between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Central standard time, Monday through Friday. Messages received outside these hours will be delivered the next business day.
