Anesthesia Specialists

Phelps Memorial Health Center is staffed with 2 fulltime CRNA's (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist). As anesthesia specialists they provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, and diagnostic procedures. They continuously attend patients in the operating room during surgical procedures. They also assist in the management of acute and chronic pain.

Central Sterile

Central Sterile provides the health care facility with clean and sterile equipment.

All instruments, equipment and supplies to be used for patient care procedures are appropriately processed to ensure they are free from infectious
bacteria.

Surgical instruments, supplies and items prepared from sterilization are packaged so their sterility is maintained.
