PMHC Senior Leadership Team

PMHC Senior Leadership oversees the production of the entire facility with a focus on the 5 pillars of success as developed by the Studer Group including Service, Quality, People, Finance and Growth. Our Leaders include Mark Harrel, Chief Executive Officer; Loren Schroder, Senior Vice President of Finance; Leora Smith, Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services; Cindy Jackson, Vice President of Human Resources; and Sue Hardessen, Senior Vice President of Ancillary Services.

PMHC has partnered with the Studer Group to create a great place for patients to receive care by first creating a great place for employees to work. The 5 pillars of success are the areas in which PMHC has a focus on achieving this standard of excellence. This is our pledge to you:
