Employee of the Year 2006
Congratulations Becky -
Becky
Elliott is the employee of the year for Phelps Memorial Health Center. She
is a nurse aide at the hospital and has been a constant source of fun,
inspiration, teaching and excellent caring to her co-workers and her
patients.
Becky is a true caregiver. During her 15 years at PMHC, she
is well known for helping teach those working from the nurses' station the
ropes. She wants everyone to do well, and she is there to help them. When Becky
does an employee orientation, that employee quickly learns what to do. Her kind
and caring attitude, along with her ability to have fun makes it easy to learn
from her and guides her daily life.
Her work helps others in so many ways. She is very organized
in her work, and has a positive attitude. You never have to guess how Becky
feels about anything, as she is a straight forward and honest person.
She keeps her life as busy as possible. She works full time
at PMHC, does catering and baking, and runs a concession stand in the summers.
Phelps Memorial Health Center is proud to have Becky Elliott
represent the nearly 200 PMHC quality hospital employees, as the Employee of the
Year.
