Congratulations Star Performers - August


Denise Johnsen - earned star performer as a patient nominated her by saying "Denise Johnsen was very polite, respectful, encouraging and made my visit a nice experience. I hope she is recognized for all her friendly and helpful work." Denise earned a Star in Value.

Clair Hein - earned a star in Service. After a patient completed his exam with Clair, she helped him find answers to his billing questions. She escorted him to Patient Financial Services. The patient appreciated Clair's help very much.

Lori Candy - earned a Star Performer award in Excellence, due to helping a non English speaking person receive the help he needed by using the language line. With the help of the line, it was determined he needed medical attention, an ambulance was sent, and he was seen by a physician in PMHC ER.
