Congratulations Star Performers - February

Excellence & Enthusiasm were the SERVE components where these Star Performers shine!

Lana Chandler, housekeeping, was awarded a Star Performer due to a patient family member’s comments that she is always smiling. He said he knew that housekeeping can be a thankless position, but he wanted to thank her for her good work ethic. He appreciated her bringing joy into the room. Lana is awarded for Enthusiasm.

Tami Mues, leader in environmental services, including housekeeping and laundry was awarded a Star Performer in Excellence. She and her staff have been working diligently to keep PMHC clean, while also adding the square footage of the Phelps Memorial Professional Building (on our block) and the Phelps Medical Plaza (14th & Broadway/new building). The Plaza is nearing the end of construction, and Tami has been responsible for meeting numerous deadlines there to keep construction on track.
