Congratulations Star Performers - January

Deron Urbom: Deron was awarded the Star Performer for his actions in SERVICE. He took over and managed an exposure during an extremely hectic time. Thank you for taking the initiative and stepping up!

Susan Rieker: Susan’s Star Performer award is in recognition of the efforts she made in the trauma care certification. Susan was awarded for EXCELLENCE, as the certification is a direct result of continuous improvement, which she led.

James Cassidy: James was awarded the Star Performer
for his actions in helping co-workers and helping patients,
earning recognition in RESPECT. He helped a patient
sleep better by working on their heater and lights immediately
when asked, and helping employees by offering to do
just a little more so many times.

Sally Vap: Sally was awarded the Star Performer for her
actions in SERVICE and ENTHUSIASM. She helped with a
small child so the lab tech could do their job. Sally also
helped the child throughout the day as the family was out of the building and the child appreciated her extra touch.
