Congratulations Star Performers - March

Excellence, Service & Value were the SERVE components where these Star Performers shine!

Renetta Hatfield, Phyllis Osborn, Lisa Hodge & Janice Weeder

Renetta saw a problem and fixed it. She felt staff needed updates on EKG, so she organized and taught a well received class. She is awarded the Star in Excellence.

Phyllis was also awarded in Excellence. She has raised the staff flu shot ratio to over 91%, from 78% three years ago.

Lisa earned her Star in Service. She went to Orleans to see a former patient to help with ordering her health care supplies. The family was so pleased they invited her to supper.

Janice was awarded a star in Value. She has been an exceptional buddy in the new program by helping a new hire “learn the ropes
