Congratulations Star Performers - October

This month Phelps Memorial celebrates six Star Performers from nominations received from patients, patient family and co-workers.

Beth and Sheri earned their stars in Excellence for nomination by a patient who said she will never forget these two nurses due to the compassionate care she received from them.

Clair Hein earned her star in Service due to critical thinking skills in radiology. A radiologist commended her and said she went above and beyond the normal expectations of a technologist performing an examination and she deserves recognition.

Jodi Damrow was nominated by a patient who felt she was exceptionally kind, considerate and helpful. Jodi earned her star in Excellence.

Nita Beam earned her star in Enthusiasm because she did a great job in a new skill of transporting patients with technologists. Nita said she felt it was a learning exper- ience and would help in her work.

Sue Sheneman receives commendations from parents in the Early Childhood Service Coordination program. She earned a star in Value because she is very professional and compasionate, and intuitive to the parent and child’s needs and goals.

Congratulations to each of these employees as they work hard to ago above and beyond, each earning STAR PERFORMER.
