Our first Star Performers for 2010, Jay Beavers, Deb Uber, Kevin Dietz, Danielle
Johnson,
Jay Beavers, Danielle Johnson and Monica Hueftle earned their
stars in Service as they were nominated by the PMHC Night Shift for their
help during a snow storm. The three Star Performers pitched in to help the
grateful night shift. The three had already worked their day shift, and
continued working to help the night team run smoothly.
Kevin Dietz was nominated due to working with the Service League
volunteers as they decorated the hospital for the holidays. He earned a star in
Value when he put up a large
Mark Harrel earned his star in Enthusiasm. On a blizzard day, he
helped shovel walks and definitely went above and beyond to make sure the
walkways were safe for all |

Uber earned her star in Respect as she helped a patient's family
members feel reassured, cared for and offered simple conveniences which the
family said lowered their stress.
Christmas tree for them and made sure all the lights were working and all was
well before he left the job.
