Jodi earned her star in Respect, as she helped to make a patient's
wishes for end of life care a reality. Jodi is a very caring and compassionate
nurse.
 Todd earned his star in Service, for going above and beyond for a patient. The patient noted when Todd waited so patiently to take blood and then helped the nurses before he could do what he needed to do. When it was all over, Todd left to brew a fresh pot of coffee and he delivered a cup to the patient.  Janell earned her star in Value, for all of her extra work she did while her Cardiac Rehab department leader was on leave. She attended meetings, updated staff on new policies, and much more. She also is an essential part of Home Health, reviewing all the charts to keep up to code. Janell is very organized and focused and always wanting to do the best she can to provide quality service. |
