Phelps Memorial Health Center is looking for a CNA (Patient Care Tech) to work full-time, from 6p-6a. Every 3rd weekend and Holiday rotation is required.
Under the supervision of a Nurse, the CNA (Patient Care Tech) is cross-trained in the role of Unit Secretary and Nursing Assistant. Based on the needs of the department, responsibilities are a combination of providing direct patient care and technical assistance to the nurse and performing a variety of computer, clerical, scheduling, and supply functions as necessary for the operation of the unit.
Full-time, 48 hours a week, 7a-7a with call 11p-7a.
The EMT-P is responsible for providing emergent and non-emergent patient care while on duty and assists in other areas of the facility, as needed.
Full-time, 40 hours a week, 3p-11p, weekend/holiday rotation
The Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician performs medical laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease of patients of all ages.
Full-time Days position, 6:00a-6:30p, 36 hours per week with split call, weekend and holiday rotations.
The Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP) administers cardiopulmonary care to patients of all ages with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system.
Part-time, 2:00p-8:00p, 15-20 hours a week, Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays.
The Dietary Aide follows processes, orders and menus to prepare items needed appropriate for all age categories of patients, visitors and staff, also provides appropriate clean up.
