The Registered Nurse manages, organizes and administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of the Physician. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse manages, organizes and administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
FT Non or Certified Mon-Friday call every 6th weekend & 4-5 days per month
The Non-Certified Surgical Technologist assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. The CST ensures that the operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure, monitors PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies, and cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
FT, Mon-Friday (call every 6th weekend & 4-5 days per month)
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Lead assists surgeons during operative and invasive procedures by ensuring a safe, efficient, and sterile operating environment. This role is responsible for preparing the operating suite, maintaining appropriate PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies, and performing cleaning and sterilization of all surgical instruments. The CST Lead provides informal leadership and collaboration with the Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing Departments to ensure ongoing compliance with education, competency, and regulatory requirements. Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as PMHC policies and procedures, is a condition of employment.
Full-Time 6pm-6am, (variable weekends & holidays)
The Physician’s Assistant is responsible for providing medical and/or emergency services including assessing and managing patients in the emergency department, hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings following established standards and best practices. The PA-C will practice within his/her scope and privileges as stated in the PA-C’s credentialing file.

PRN-will cover planned & unplanned staff absences-hours varied
The Echo/Vascular Technologist operates diagnostic imaging equipment to produce images of the body for patients of all ages for diagnosis and treatment. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
Part-Time Mon-Friday (hours vary)
The Certified Pharmacy Technician is responsible for conducting multiple retail pharmacy services tasks and duties that foster the Phelps Memorial Health Center’s mission. This position requires a high level of integrity and a reverence for sound ethical practices. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

The Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Specialty Clinic setting manages, organizes and administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of the Physician. The Physician’s Assistant-Cardiovascular is responsible for providing medical and/or emergency services including assessing and managing patients in the emergency department, hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings following established standards and best practices. Part-Time 4hr shifts, Mon-Fri, 8hr shifts every 3rd weekend & assigned holiday
The Food Service Worker works directly with patients and visitors every day from handling cash and preparing food to cleaning and sanitizing throughout the cafeteria and food service areas.
FT varying shifts, including 5a-1:30p & 10:00a-6:30p (weekend /holiday hours 5a-6:30p)
The Cook follows menus, recipes and diet orders to prepare, season, cook and serve meals appropriate for all age categories and groups of patients, visitors, staff and catered events of PMHC. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
Full-Time 40hrs a week, Mon-Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends or holidays
The HIM Coder is responsible for coding activities of patient records. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
FT Mon 1p-9p (off Tue) Wed-Friday 8a-5p, every other weekend & holiday rotation
The Patient Services Representative interviews incoming patients or their representatives and enters information required for registrations into the Information system, operates switchboard, and maintains control of money received. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
The Director of Phelps Medical Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations including hiring and training of all rural health clinic employees and collaborating with all customer types including patients, visitors and healthcare professionals.
