Surgical Services

FT, Mon-Friday (call every 6th weekend & 4-5 days per month)

 The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Lead assists surgeons during operative and invasive procedures by ensuring a safe, efficient, and sterile operating environment. This role is responsible for preparing the operating suite, maintaining appropriate PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies, and performing cleaning and sterilization of all surgical instruments. The CST Lead provides informal leadership and collaboration with the Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing Departments to ensure ongoing compliance with education, competency, and regulatory requirements. Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as PMHC policies and procedures, is a condition of employment.

Radiology

FT (Ultrasound Experience Preferred) M-F, Holiday & Call Rotation

The Radiologic Technologist operates diagnostic imaging equipment to produce images of the body for patients of all ages for diagnosis and treatment. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment. 

Specialty Clinic

Full-Time 4 days a week, no holidays or weekends
 

The Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Specialty Clinic setting manages, organizes and administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of the Physician. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

Environmental Services

FT (15% Shift Diff) Mon 2p-10:30p, Tue-Thru 5p-1:30a, Fri 12p-8:30p

The Environmental Services Technician II cleans onsite and offsite hospital areas, ensures there is an ample supply of clean linen for patient and facility use, and keeps floors of hallways, rooms and departments throughout the facility and outside windows and traffic areas in clean and well kept condition. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

Patient Financial Services

FT-Remote work eligibility base on experience & department needs

The Authorization Specialist works with all clinical areas, physician clinics, and third party payers for the purpose of obtaining prior authorization or pre-certification and resolves appeals to ensure payment for services. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies and Medical Staff rules and regulations is a condition of employment.

Remote Work Eligibility Base on Experience & Department Needs

The Authorization Specialist (RN) collaborates with all clinical service areas, physician clinics, and third-party payers to obtain prior authorizations or pre-certifications and resolve clinical appeals to ensure accurate and timely payment for services. This role requires an active Registered Nurse license due to the clinical expertise necessary to interpret medical documentation, determine medical necessity, and engage in clinical-level reviews and communications with providers and payers. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws, PMHC policies, and Medical Staff rules and regulations is a condition of employment.

Fiscal Services

The Director of Fiscal Services and Controller oversees high-level accounting and financial activities of PMHC. The position reports to the CFO and will assist with the development and oversight of all internal control policies, procedures and financial planning of the company.
