Phelps Memorial Health Center is introducing updates to its leadership structure, strengthening its commitment to high-quality care for the communities it serves.
These changes are designed to enhance alignment across the organization, improve communication between teams, and support continued collaboration in meeting the healthcare needs of patients and families.
Senior Leadership Team
Phelps Memorial Health Center’s leadership structure brings together executive and senior leaders to support both strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
The executive leadership team includes:
- Mark Harrel, Chief Executive Officer
- Loren Schroder, Chief Operating Officer
- Tesha Broadfoot, Chief Nursing Officer
- Lindsay Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer
- Holly Rahmann, Chief Strategy Officer
With Lindsay Sullivan and Holly Rahmann joining the executive team, the organization continues to strengthen connection and coordination across key areas of leadership.
The senior director team continues to play a key role in supporting the executive leadership team by guiding departmental operations and ensuring strategic initiatives are carried out effectively.
The senior director team includes:
- Andrew VanCampen, Senior Director of Information Systems and HIPAA Security Officer
- Lacey Keeshan, Senior Director of Patient Care Services
- Tyler Fries, Senior Director of Pharmacy Services and Medical Practitioners
Phelps Memorial also welcomes two leaders who have recently stepped into director roles:
- Luke Otto, Director of Materials Management
- Kylea tenBensel, Director of Marketing and Community Relations
