Phelps Memorial is pleased to announce that Jennifer McDaniel has accepted the position of Director of Revenue Cycle. In this role, Jennifer will oversee and coordinate all revenue cycle activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective processes that support the mission and financial health of Phelps Memorial.
Her responsibilities will include leadership of admissions, billing, centralized scheduling, authorizations, and health information management. Jennifer and her team will focus on providing exceptional service to patients, providers, and teammates while upholding Phelps Memorial’s commitment to quality care and community trust.

Jennifer’s background in business leadership is extensive. She successfully owned and operated her own private business for many years before transitioning into healthcare leadership. Most recently, she served for five years as the director of a rural health clinic, where she managed multiple departments and guided diverse teams with excellence.

Jennifer lives in Elm Creek with her husband, Alex, and their large family. She enjoys staying active in her children’s many activities and looks forward to becoming part of the Phelps Memorial community.
