Phelps Memorial is pleased to announce that Kimberly Hines has accepted the position of Director of Fiscal Services and Controller. In this role, Kimberly will oversee the organization’s fiscal operations and financial services while supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the financial health and long-term sustainability of Phelps Memorial.
Her responsibilities will include leadership and oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and other fiscal service functions. Kimberly and her team will focus on maintaining accurate financial processes, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources in alignment with Phelps Memorial’s mission and values.

Kimberly brings a strong background in financial management and leadership. Her experience working across multiple areas of finance has prepared her well for this leadership role at Phelps Memorial.
