Phelps Memorial Health Center is pleased to announce that Rachel Dallmann, has accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. Dallmann, of Elm Creek, served as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Phelps Memorial prior to this promotion.

She stated, “I look forward to being part of this dynamic, progressive senior leader team. Our teams at Phelps Memorial Health Center are quality driven and are dedicated to providing compassionate care with every interaction.”

In her new role, Dallmann will serve as an integral member of the senior leadership team and play a major role in ensuring the organization operates smoothly and observes all healthcare standards and best practices. She is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing clinical operations to ensure growth, development, accountability, and implementation of efficiency in operations, systems, and departments. She will oversee the overall operations of Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Imaging, and Therapy.

Mark Harrel, CEO, stated, “Rachel has proven her ability to lead an engaged team in exceeding high standards and results. We are excited to have her join the senior leadership team.”

Dallmann has 15 years of experience at Phelps Memorial Health Center and said that her past positions have allowed her to focus on what right looks like and focus on our patient’s journeys. 

“Our patients are our number one priority and it will be my priority to continue to look at ways that we can serve them and their healthcare needs,” she said. 

She added, “Phelps Memorial Health Center is dedicated to our patients and community and the needs they may have.
