The PMHC Health Summer Nurse Internship program is an opportunity for future RNs to get invaluable hands-on experience under the guidance of a nurse preceptor. Participants will not only expand theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, but also earn market-leading competitive pay. The Student extern is under the supervision of the Preceptor Nurse. Non-Certified or Certified - Day Shift, Full-time, M-F, Call every 5th weekend and 4-5 days per month
The Surgical Technologist-(C or NC) or RN-Perioperative assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. The CST/ST or RN-Perioperative ensures that the operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure, monitors PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies, and cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments.
Emergency Department, Part-time, 1 shift a week 7p-7a, every 3rd weekend rotation.
The Physician’s Assistant or APRN is responsible for providing medical and/or emergency services including assessing and managing patients in the emergency department, hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings following established standards and best practices.
Full-time, 6a-6a with call from 10p-6a, 24-48 hours a week.
The EMT-P is responsible for providing emergent and non-emergent patient care while on duty and assists in other areas of the facility, as needed.
PRN MT/MLT (will cover planned and unplanned staff absences-hours varied)
The Medical Laboratory Technician performs medical laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease of patients of all ages. The Radiologic Technologist operates diagnostic imaging equipment to produce images of the body for patients of all ages for diagnosis and treatment. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

The staff pharmacist is responsible for clinical analysis and medication communication. The pharmacist is involved in inventory and narcotic control, distribution of medications, dispensing of medications and accurate billing of medications to our customers.

The Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (RN) assists in pre- and post-procedure care for invasive and noninvasive cardiovascular procedures in accordance with hospital and department established procedures. Responsible for identifying patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning and delegating care based on patient needs, executing therapeutic physician, and evaluating the patient’s response to care and progress towards outcomes. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

The food production worker follows menus, recipes and diet orders to prepare, season, cook and serves meals appropriate for all age groups and categories of patients, visitors, staff and catered events of PMHC. FT, Mon.-Fri., 7a-3:30p, every 5th weekend/holiday
The Laundry Technician I focuses heavily on laundry duties as well as provides support with all EVS function as needed. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, grounds, pipe, and utility systems in the facility. The Clinical Cardiology Authorization Specialist works with the Centralized Scheduling team, Cardiology area, physician clinics, and third party payers for the purpose of obtaining prior authorization or pre-certification and resolves appeals to ensure payment for services. The Materials Technician is responsible for receiving, appropriate accounting for and distribution of supplies and equipment required and utilized by all hospital departments.
