The Preoperative Chart Preparation Coordinator reviews and assesses all patients scheduled for surgery, working with the Primary Providers, Surgeons and Anesthesia team to ensure each patient is an appropriate candidate by helping acquire necessary documents. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies and procedures is a condition of employment.
